YourTechnologyTutor.com provides online technical training as either a one time payment or an on-going subscription. 

Your registration for the Tech Success Club at YourTechnologyTutor.com is for a recurring membership or subscription that provides you with 24/7 access to a collection of tips & tutorials for your increased success with technology tools. You are signing up and agreeing to a recurring membership fee (either monthly or annual - every 12 months).
What if I want to cancel my membership and receive a refund?

For Tech Success Club membership (subscriptions) we are happy to honor a refund of your total fees - you simply must request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date by contacting us at [email protected] and definitively requesting the full refund.
For the Annual (12-month) Membership we will NOT provide refunds after 30 days from the date of original purchase. On the 31st day, all payments are non-refundable.
For the Monthly membership we will cancel your recurring charge (if the next month is charged due to systematic billing, you will also be refunded that month's membership fees).

Does my course membership expire?

For one time payment courses - your access does not expire. You will continue to have access to the learning resources you paid for online.
For the Tech Success Club (Membership/Subscription) your access to the resources only expires if your credit card on file becomes invalid, or if you inform us you no longer with to receive access to the Members-only resources. We will then adjust your membership to cease at the end of the current membership period.
What if I have a question regarding the course content?

If you have a question regarding the course content, inside of your membership you are welcome to post your questions and comments directly under the article or tutorial video you are viewing. Once you have submitted your question or comment, our admin is notified and Chet has a chance to personally view your questions and comments and respond appropriately.
Please Note: When posting your question or comment, please make certain you are referring to any specific content in an article or a specific time marker in a video (that way, we can be sure to accurately answer your question).


What If I Want Individual Help with my Technology?
Please note that individual or personal coaching is not included in any of the course offerings at YourTechnologyTutor.com (unless otherwise specified in your individual package). 
If you would like to obtain individual tutoring or assistance, you should consider the one of Chet's coaching programs or arrange a Private Tutor Session (see Workshops tab on the website)
What if one of the training videos is not working (stops playing, won’t load, etc.)?

First and foremost, we apologize for the inconvenience. Our videos are hosted within the Kajabi platform, a high-quality learning platform. But, every once in awhile, a “glitch” will occur.
We first suggest refreshing the page to see if the video will now play. If the problem persists, please contact us at [email protected]. When contacting us, please include the page URL (website address) and the specific video that is not working. We will prioritize the problem and reply to you within 24 hours, if not sooner.

How do I change or update my billing information?

If you need to change or update your billing information, please contact us via email [email protected]
If that is not working, or you are getting the WRONG resource link, we simply made a mistake. Please contact us via email at [email protected] and include the details. 

We will address the issue immediately.
